HEALTH DEMO "GET FIT & STAY HEALTHY" SERIES
Learn strategies to stay inspired to stick to your New Year's health plan. This series is presented by the RHC Professional Health Team of Dianna Archbold, Jodi Weitz, and Kim Kulp. The series begins on Monday, January 11th from 5-7pm.
THE ULTRASIMPLE DIET
Jillian's famous Diet program will begin on January 20th for 6 weeks. Meet once a week for support and education on Wednesdays from 12-1pm. This program includes a one-hour Personal Training Session with Jillian, shopping lists, healthy snacks during meetings, recipes, step-by-step instruction, before and after measurements, weigh-in, and photos. These beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes are ongoing. All classes meet outside the front entrance. Please be on time. 9am Challenge Run for more experience and fit runners. 10:30am Learning Run, perfect for beginners, new runners, those recovering from injury, and those looking for a more low-key experience.
